Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Project Manager for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL , you will:

• Be responsible for pension investment and equity compensation accounting

• Coordinate XBRL and support various aspects of SEC reporting

• Manage and support bulletin and worldwide accounting manual updates, reviews, and publication

• Support internal controls and financial reporting related special projects

What Skills You Need

• Four or more years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or another related field

• Strong attention to detail and a self-starter with the ability to work independently at times

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and ability to work with variety of business partners

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent

• Knowledge of accounting systems and policies

• Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field
