Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable and general bookkeeping tasks accurately and in a timely mannerProvide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selection and salesSupport sales and service operations by managing incoming and outgoing communications, orders, and schedulingUtilize SAGE (MAS 100) and Microsoft Office programs for recordkeeping, invoicing, and customer managementMaintain organized files and accurate recordsAssist with learning and understanding company products and services—especially seasonal products like fireworksAdapt to changing priorities and help where needed in day-to-day operationsCommit to longer hours and Saturday availability during peak season (June–July)Qualifications:2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general office administrationStrong customer service and sales support skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with SAGE (MAS 100) software is a strong plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and support diverse tasks, including product-specific training (fireworks knowledge provided)Availability to work extended hours and Saturdays during busy seasonWork Environment:Office environment with customer interactionHigh-volume, fast-paced setting during seasonal peaksCollaborative and supportive team environmentSchedule:Full-time
