Seasonal HR & Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)Location: Carol Stream, IL (Onsite) Duration: Approximately 3-4 Months (Seasonal Assignment) Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule OptionsCandidates may choose the shift that best fits their availability:Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PMTuesday - Saturday: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Seasonal HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams during a high-volume seasonal hiring ramp in our Carol Stream Distribution Center. This temporary role will play a key part in supporting onsite hiring events, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting with pre-employment and onboarding activities for seasonal warehouse associates.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for recruiting, candidate engagement, and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onsite hiring events for seasonal warehouse associate positions.Assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.Coordinate and administer pre-employment activities, including: Drug testing, Background checks, Candidate documentation, Attendance tracking, Follow-up communicationsCommunicate with candidates regarding hiring status, onboarding requirements, and start dates.Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records using tracking tools and spreadsheets.Support recruiters and HR partners with scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.Ensure compliance with company hiring practices and pre-employment requirements.Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting hiring events, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, or staffing operations.Experience with First Advantage or other background screening platforms preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume hiring environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.Experience coordinating candidate communications and tracking recruiting activity is highly desired.BilingualWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with large volumes of candidates in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
