Job Description What you will be doing: Dietitian - Community Health Provide patient education and support in a variety of settings, including group and individual visits, both in-person and virtual.
Build lasting relationships with patients and make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being.
Work independently to research, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for patients and the community.
Serve a small community and make a real difference in the lives of your patients.
Experience you will need: Dietitian - Community Health Bachelors Degree in Food or Nutrition Science.
National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire.
One year work experience as a Dietitian.
