Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and functional limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
• Work to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life
• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish meaningful, goal-oriented care plans
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and self-management techniques

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience (required)
• Active Texas state physical therapy license or a valid compact license recognized in Texas (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver rehabilitative care in a patient-centered, goal-focused environment
