Insurance Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist on our Commercial Lines team to support the agency’s service and production objectives by processing new and renewal business, maintaining client data, addressing inquiries, escalating complex issues, preparing proposals, creating stewardship reports, and managing day‑to‑day client processing functions. Responsibilities Process new and renewal business for commercial lines clients. Maintain accurate client information in the management system. Address and resolve client questions and issues. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel. Provide clients with plan information, rates, and contributions. Assemble proposals and other presentations for clients. Assist in preparing new and renewal proposals, stewardship reports, service plans, and policy comparisons. Perform daily client processing functions including endorsements, policy updates, audits, pending cancellations, and ID card issuance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Responsive, urgent, and professional approach in all matters. Ability to prioritize work for timely completion of critical activities. Ability to quickly respond to client requests and provide accurate information. Accept accountability for the quality of work. Additional Qualifications (a plus but not required) Insurance license.
