Hematology/Oncology, Partnership, High Income, Community Oncologist, large group in Indianapolis

American Oncology Network

Job Description

A long-standing thriving practice in the heart of Indianapolis is seeking 2 physicians to join their team in 2026 and 2027. This practice has 7 physicians and 9 APP's and is looking for their next partners. We are currently expanding our footprint and are excited to welcome new members to the team. If you are looking for a great work/life balance, family feel to the clinic you work in, high income, and a great city this opportunity could be right for you.

  • Turnkey opportunity with immediate volume – Join an established practice with a strong referral network and built-in patient base, allowing you to ramp quickly and stay busy from day one.
  • Physician-friendly, efficient practice model – Fully integrated services (infusion, lab, pharmacy, care navigation) streamline workflows so you can focus on delivering high-quality care—not administrative burden.
  • Access to advanced treatments and clinical trials – Practice cutting-edge oncology with access to innovative therapies and research opportunities, all within a community-based setting.
  • Collaborative, team-driven culture – Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and a dedicated support staff in a collegial environment that values input and shared decision-making.
  • Stability with long-term growth potential – Join a well-established, highly regarded group with a strong community presence and opportunities for leadership, program development, and career advancement.

About the Community:

  • Affordable, high quality of life – The Indianapolis area offers a lower cost of living compared to most major metros, with excellent housing options, short commutes, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
  • Growing, vibrant city with amenities – Home to professional sports, a thriving food scene, and attractions like Mass Ave and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, there’s always something to do.
  • Strong sense of community – Indianapolis combines the feel of a close-knit community with the resources of a larger city, making it easy to build relationships both professionally and personally.
  • Convenient location and accessibility – Centrally located in the Midwest, Indianapolis offers easy travel with a major airport and quick access to cities like Chicago and Cincinnati.
