Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the Agent and team with various administrative tasks, projects, social media and marketing. Handle many competing demands simultaneously. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service and/or office coordinator role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
