Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a specialized 15-bed unit focused on critically ill cardiac patients. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborating with the interprofessional team. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, communicating across care continuum. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors. Ensuring safety and alertness as this role is safety-sensitive. Qualifications Include RN licensure with a nursing diploma or higher. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience. Critical care or cardiac experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
