Electrical Technician Location – Hursley, SO212JN Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00 -17:00 We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Technician who will undertake planned and reactive maintenance. You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client / tenants as required. You will also be one of two appointed AP’s for the LV systems on site. Responsibilities Legislative PPM tasks – including Emergency Luminaire Inspection, Test and Repair Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by the helpdesk Site AP for LV – Includes all AP duties and responsibilities Functional Switching of 11KV distribution network Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation Risk assessment Out of hours callout support based on a 1 week in 4 rota Adherence to PPM assigned to you by the scheduler Contribution to continuous process/system improvement Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutions Qualifications 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation Other formal electrical qualifications such as C&G Level 3 Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong decision making ability Benefits In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
