Senior Program CoordinatorRutgers University – Newark, an urban public research anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator under the direction of the Senior Director of Development, this position independently manages development, alumni engagement, and alumni communications programs for Rutgers Law School. Responsibilities include planning events for alumni reunions and major programs, overseeing and co-managing alumni marketing and communication strategies, co-implementing and co-maintaining the RLaw Connect (Hivebrite) platform, and administering alumni and donor data systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Cvent.This position is responsible for and not limited to the following: Research, retrieve, and analyze data on donor giving and engagement using the RU Foundation's software: Salesforce (AQ) and Tableau. In conjunction with the Assistant Director, Alumni Engagement, prepare marketing materials; manage vendor hiring; provide customer service; manage the Foundation response vehicle interface; handle registration; manage logistics; and handle post-event communications for at least six annual class reunions and other alumni receptions.
