A financially strong multi-specialty group of 525+ providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional rheumatologist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living. 

• Office based 100% outpatient rheumatology
• Four days per week in clinic and one day admin
• Starting base is $322,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
• Lab and imaging on site
• Adult patients only
• EPIC EHR
• Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
• Group paid malpractice with no tail
• Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
• 12% 401K gift
• RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
• Fellowship stipend possible
• Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia, and other wonders
