Pediatric/NICU Registered Nurse (RN)The Pediatric/NICU Registered Nurse (RN) position is available within our Pediatrics Department. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including those in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).Shift DetailsOptions for shifts: 3x12s or 4x12sWeekend Requirements: Every other weekendFloating Required: Will work in both the Pediatrics department and NICUExperience RequirementsMinimum of 1.5 years of relevant nursing experience requiredGeneral RequirementsFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyLocal candidates are not accepted for this positionRequests for time off must include a commitment to work at least 2 out of 3 major holidaysJob ResponsibilitiesThe Pediatric/NICU RN will be responsible for:Providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patientsAdministering medications and treatments as per physician ordersMonitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare teamCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient careEducating families regarding care plans and health needsParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentQualificationsCurrent and valid RN licenseExperience in pediatric and/or NICU settings preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentIf you meet the qualifications and are passionate about providing high-quality care to pediatric patients, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
