Customer Solution Manager Associate Position open to candidates located in Mlaga or Valencia. Avature is a highly customizable platform and is used by many different businesses for a variety of purposes. As a Customer Solution Manager Associate, you'd perform a key role in maintaining long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client's needs and how our products can be tailored to them. Your Challenges and Objectives: Profoundly understand the potential uses of our platform to fulfill customer needs. Collaborate with the account manager to build strong customer relationships by being attentive to their requirements. Add value to each customer's configuration by understanding their specific needs. Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context to keep your workload organized and relevant. Your Day-to-Day Activities: Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment. Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way. Help configure customized Avature solutions by: Moving configurations from test environments to production. Analyzing and creating relevant reports. Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected. About You: Fluent in English and French. Strong analytical capabilities. Exceptional communication skills. Passionate about technology.
