Desktop Support Technician

Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Louisville, KY / Onsite

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. The role involves handling basic networking, data center operations, monitoring tools, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM tools . You will act as the on-site support partner, assisting internal teams, customers, and vendors in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams.

• :Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, Riverbe
• dBasics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLAN

• dBasic troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration
• )Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches – Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical team
