Skills You should have skills in the following areas: Project management in the High-voltage industry. Background in electrical engineering, utility management, infrastructure or asset management. An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to grow and sustain effective business relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
