Immunizations & Injections — administer vaccines and medications Phlebotomy — draw blood and prepare lab specimens Patient Education — support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching Clinic Flow — prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk Care Coordination — referrals, care gaps, outreach Safety & Compliance — maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals

WHAT YOU BRING

High School diploma or GED (Required) Current MA certification (Required) 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (Required) 2+ years’ experience (primary care or urgent care preferred) EMR experience (Required) Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
