Ramsay’s Kitchen is a welcoming yet refined restaurant inspired by Chef Gordon Ramsay. Guests in Boston enjoy classic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, paired with great wines and cocktails.

Our Servers are responsible for creating the Gordon Ramsay standard of memorable experiences and warm hospitality for our guests. Servers greet guests with a smile, listen carefully, answer questions, make suggestions, and make sure food and drinks are served the way the guest wants.

• Experience as a server in a busy, quality-driven restaurant.

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.

• Team player who supports coworkers and communicates clearly.

• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.

• Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders.

• Accurately enter orders and serve food, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate.

• Ensure guest needs are met quickly and with a professional attitude.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas.

• Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth service.

• Follow all safety and responsible alcohol service rules.
