Update and maintain accurate digital records for all client interactions and policy adjustments. Requirements Current Property and Casualty insurance license issued by the state of Connecticut. Previous experience in a client-facing sales or service role. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to clearly explain complex policy details to individuals from various backgrounds. Technical comfort using standard insurance management software and digital document systems.
