SUPERVISORY MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Summary You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Learn more about this agency Duties Help You will assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates involved in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of shop-maintained buildings and building systems located on the activity. You will verify maintenance work is completed on time, within cost, and to quality levels required by monitoring execution of work requests, service tickets, and preventative maintenance actions. You will use computer for cost estimating, scheduling, tracking of work in progress, timekeeping, and to produce reports. You will ensure safety requirements and fire regulations are followed by all employees of the shop. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Must be a US Citizen.
