Schedule 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday–Friday Location Vernon Hills Bill Rate $24–27 per hour Job Summary Reporting to a supervisor/manager, Lab Technician2 brings technical skills and knowledge to support test lab daily activities; equipment qualification; test method validation (TMV) development; and lab engineering projects. Responsibilities Perform bench‑level engineering tests for design verification, stability, feasibility, and test method developments (TMD). Support review of test requests to ensure accurate completion. Develop proficiency on one or more of environmental chamber supervision, aging program coordination, equipment maintenance, calibration coordination, test procedure maintenance, tool and fixture design, and EHS requirements. Execute moderately complex test requests with minimal assistance. Handle minimally complex problems autonomously with minimal supervisor assistance. Work proactively with minimal oversight to complete minimally complex projects. Support equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV development. Support TMD and Ver/Val teams. Troubleshoot inconsistencies in test needs/requests with requestor. Coordinate/lead test requests upon supervisor request. Develop laboratory functions such as environmental chamber supervision, aging program coordination, equipment maintenance, calibration coordination, test procedure maintenance, tool and fixture design, and EHS representation. Maintain good documentation practice (GDP) and support compliance with GLP. Support efforts to create tools for process simplification of testing lab operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr MILLENNIUMSOFT
