Paint Manager

Position Overview Our client, a respected building materials supplier, is seeking a Paint Department Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales growth, customer service, inventory, and team leadership of a busy paint department. This individual will play a key role in driving department performance, managing staff, supporting contractors and homeowners, and maintaining a strong customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring paint industry experience, leadership capabilities, and hands‑on knowledge of paint products, tinting, and color matching.
