Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney – Junior
Locations: San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, New York
Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 annually + discretionary bonus + full benefits

Are you an attorney who thrives working with visionary founders, disruptive technologies, and high-growth companies? We’re seeking a Midlevel to Senior ECVC Associate to join a fast-growing practice supporting clients from garage-stage startups to billion-dollar market leaders .

What You’ll Do:

• Guide companies through their entire lifecycle—from formation to financings to M&A.
• Represent venture funds and investors backing tomorrow’s game-changing businesses.
• Advise clients on complex corporate governance and regulatory strategy.
• Work on the frontier of innovation: AI , Web3 , blockchain , crypto , the metaverse , and beyond .
• Manage sophisticated matters while collaborating with a collegial, nationally recognized team .

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of ECVC or corporate law experience at a peer firm.
• Hands-on experience in venture financings, governance, and strategic counseling.
• Excellent academics, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client + counsel relationships.
