Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job orders Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools Basic electrical wiring knowledge and ability to follow wiring instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures Job Duties: Assemble commercial beverage refrigeration units and sub-assemblies Install accessories, components, and materials according to specifications Perform basic electrical wiring connections using diagrams and work instructions Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documents Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively Inspect completed products to ensure quality and customer requirements are met Load, unload, lift, and move materials throughout the production area Complete production paperwork, barcoding, checklists, and shipping documentation Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S standards Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures Benefits: Good Weekly Pay - No waiting, no wondering Health Benefits - Medical, dental, vision-check, check, check Extras That Matte r - Optional 401(k) + life insurance Good Vibes - Just straight-up respect Clear, Friendly, and On Your Side.
