Remote Clinical Engagement Specialist - MTM & Adherence

Navitus

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to deliver high-quality telephonic clinical engagement through MTM, Stars Adherence, and health education. The role focuses on improving medication adherence, coordinating with pharmacies and providers, and driving patient-centered care within Navitus' programs.

You will work with the CEC team to ensure timely access to medications, effective problem solving, and proactive outreach in support of Navitus' strategic health goals.
