What You Will Do - Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects - Work alongside Area Construction Managers and Field Construction Managers to keep projects on schedule - Communicate with crews, suppliers, and builders to resolve issues and keep jobs moving - Assist with quality control inspections and safety compliance - Help manage material deliveries, shortages, returns, and job site logistics - Track project progress from start to completion - Support punch list completion, warranty items, and final walkthroughs - Assist with material transportation and deliveries when needed What We Are Looking For - Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply - Construction, roofing, siding, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience is a plus - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Reliable, dependable, and accountable - Organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions - Able to climb ladders and walk roofs, including moderate slopes - Able to lift up to 80 pounds - Basic computer and smartphone skills - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus - Valid driver's license required - Must meet company driver eligibility requirements - Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review - Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening What You Get - Clear career path to Field Construction Manager - Hands-on experience in residential construction and project management - Training and mentorship from experienced leaders - Stable company with long-term growth opportunities - Competitive pay and career advancement opportunities - Team focused on execution, accountability, quality, and safety About The Role This is a field-based position. You will spend your time on active job sites solving problems, supporting crews, coordinating materials, performing inspections, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship.
