Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI solutions with strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and classical data science algorithms. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, hands-on Python/Spark/Databricks skills, and exposure to Azure cloud for scalable AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, validate & deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, NLP, classical algorithms)
- Build scalable pipelines with PySpark/Spark & Databricks
- Perform LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering & evaluation
- Work with SQL/NoSQL datasets (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Collaborate with engineering & business teams to deliver AI solutions
- Implement model governance, monitoring & lifecycle management

Required Skills:
- 5-8 years in Data Science/ML/AI Engineering
- Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP & classical ML algorithms
- Hands-on Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL
- Azure Cloud experience for training & deployment
- Knowledge of fine-tuning & optimization techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
