Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Production Laborers for a busy manufacturing company in Cascade, IA that serves the construction and agricultural industries. Due to continued growth, the company is looking to add team members immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience who are looking for long-term employment.
What You'll Do:
Sand and prepare pallets and product components
Stack and organize materials for production
Assist with basic machine operation
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support production processes involving concrete and steel reinforcement products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Schedule:
Current Overtime Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
