As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Motorcar is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Mercedes-Benz Product Concierge to join our Sales team!

The Product Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance with the technology and settings related to their vehicle. The Product Concierge also performs deliveries for all new and pre-owned vehicle sales, giving expert advice, personalized service, and a seamless experience. This is an ideal position for someone whose ultimate goal is to work as a Sales Consultant!

In order to best help our clients, this position works a Sales schedule, which requires availability on Saturdays and select evenings.

The Product Concierge interacts daily with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, just to name a few.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assessing customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Conducting personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience.
• Following up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features and options.
• Resolving customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directing customers to additional information resources.
• Training the sales/service staff on key technologies and updates and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
• Answering product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Troubleshooting vehicle technology features.
• Giving other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.

The requirements for this job include:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and inform clients effectively.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary education strongly preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check.
