Occupational Therapist - Travel Assignment

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description

Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for adult patients. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EHR systems, specifically Epic. Assist geriatric patients in their rehabilitation journey with personalized care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MS OTR) required.
Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) certification.
At least 1 year of experience working with an adult patient population preferred.
