Title
Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

Schedule
Shift: 12D/N rotating (may include days, nights, or combinations)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Current acute care experience, specifically in the ICU
- Valid state or compact RN license
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience with ventilator management, CRRT, arterial line and central line management, titration of vasoactive drips, blood product administration, and complex medication regimens

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients within the Medical ICU
- Manage complex medical equipment and support high-acuity patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care in the electronic medical record

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 72 hours
- Background checks and compliance documentation required
- Time off requests must be submitted with contract
- Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only
