Job Brief

The Assistant Residential Director is responsible for the administrative management of care provided to person’s receiving services living in assigned residences. Directly supervises the Residential Coordinator and House Managers.

Pay range:

$68,000 - $75,000

The Assistant Residential Director provides direction and training to house managers and supervisors in areas related to daily operations of all Houses. Sets performance standards and provides modeling, support and training needed for staff to achieve standards. Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations as well as policy and procedures.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 3 years’ management experience in developmental disabilities and/or regulatory compliance. Thorough knowledge of City, State and Federal regulations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple locations throughout the Hudson Valley and able to work flexible hours and/or days as necessary.
