Adjunct Instructor - EMT

Under the general supervision of the Allied Health Program Manager, the instructor would ensure that all minimum equipment is available and in clean working condition prior to the start of each course. Instructors should inventory all equipment and verify its presence and proper working condition prior to beginning each class. (Cancel any class meetings and report any equipment problems to the EMT Program Director. The problems must be corrected prior to resuming class meetings.) Current certification as SC EMT, a minimum of two (2) years of experience at their certification level, and Successful completion and documentation of a 40-Hour Instructor Methodology course or equivalent.
