Responsibilities include delegating and directing discipline‑specific therapy services, ensuring effective functional treatment programs for returning patients to community activities, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self. Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards is essential. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals focused on discharge progression. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address barriers to discharge. Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient needs. Document medical records in a clear, concise, and timely manner, adhering to guidelines. Participate in student programs, ensuring a positive learning environment. Actively pursue professional development and maintain required licensures. Engage in advocacy efforts in the community and professional organizations. Qualifications / Experience BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
