Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations and administer intravenous contrast injections in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring safety for the patient, public, and self
• Prepare equipment and scanning area for patient procedures; transport or escort patients to and from the CT area; maintain a clean and stocked work environment
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, perform quality control testing, and record all maintenance in departmental log books
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements
• Complete all required clerical duties and maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with department personnel, demonstrate a team-oriented approach to patient care, and consistently deliver an excellent patient experience

Required Qualifications

• ARRT(R) registration (active and non-expired)
• Current BLS Certification
• Active Ohio Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience
• Experience with GE CT equipment required
• Proficiency in IV placement required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT(R)(CT) certification preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Background in Radiologic Sciences with a focus in Radiology or CT preferred
• Ability to gather, organize, verify, and analyze data in the completion of multi-step imaging procedures
