Property Accounting Manager - Commercial Real Estate

We are currently recruiting for a senior property accountant to join a strong and growing property commercial real estate investment firm. This is a hybrid schedule position and will report to the controller and oversee accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. There are excellent opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities Prepare NOI calculations CAM reconciliations Review monthly revenue and expenses for each property, review monthly property reports Assist with general accounting, financial reporting, and financial projections Various special projects as needed Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting or related field 3+ years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred) Prior experience with property accounting software Strong communication skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
