Critical Care Registered Nurse Belton

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse for our Belton facility within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary critical care team, you will provide high-acuity nursing care to patients with complex, life‑threatening conditions in our intensive care and step‑down units. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, continuously monitor and interpret vital signs and invasive hemodynamic data, administer medications and titrate critical drips, manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment, and promptly respond to changes in patient status to ensure safe, evidence‑based care.
Working closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, you will coordinate and implement individualized plans of care, participate in rapid response and code situations, and serve as a clinical resource to patients, families, and peers. You will provide education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones, clearly explaining treatments, procedures, and care goals while advocating for patient needs and preferences. You will document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record, follow all regulatory and hospital policies, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, including infection prevention, fall reduction, and sepsis protocols.
