Fairmount Homes, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Ephrata, PA, is seeking compassionate CNAs for our Weekend Program. In this role, you will provide hands-on care to residents in skilled nursing and personal care, assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and meals while supporting each person’s dignity and preferences. CNAs will closely observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and follow infection control and safety standards. You’ll work within a close-knit, mission-driven team focused on resident-centered, high-quality long-term care. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with seniors and their families while gaining valuable experience in geriatric and long-term care.
