We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (CS) to support a residential homeless program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. This position ensures high-quality clinical oversight, staff supervision, and crisis intervention within the program. Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision of case management staff.
- Oversee the clinical care needs of Veterans receiving housing and supportive services.
- Conduct and/or review: Risk assessments
- Psychosocial evaluations
- Crisis intervention and management
- Complete incident reports and follow-up actions, in collaboration with the Program Manager when necessary.
- Coordinate referrals to Veterans Affairs healthcare services for mental health, substance use, and medical needs.
- Meet with the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Liaison at least monthly or as needed.
- Coordinate therapeutic groups and supportive programming.
- Assist with clinical admissions and expedite referral processes.
Licensure (Required)
Candidate must be licensed in the state of California as one of the following, with a valid, active license maintained throughout employment:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a residential homeless facility Equivalent supervisory experience in a nonresidential homeless environment may be considered.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing: Homelessness
- Mental health disorders
- Substance use disorders (SUD)
- Experience working with Veterans is preferred but not required.
