9/80 schedule — every 10th workday off. No nights. No weekends. No call.

We're seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join an integrated behavioral health + primary care team at an established, financially stable non-profit health center in Auburn, CA. Two openings: one to start as soon as credentialed, one starting February 2027 supporting a brand-new clinic in Rocklin.

Compensation (by licensure)

• LMFT: $80,200–$96,000
• LCSW: $91,400–$110,000
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD): $118,800–$153,000

Qualifications

• Active CA license: LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• 3+ years in a behavioral health program
• Clinical experience with adults, families, and children
