Creative Designer - Hybrid (Northern NJ) Here at R2 we have partnered with a fast-growing consumer lifestyle brand, looking to bring on a Creative Designer to own design across the business. This is a chance to step into a role with real creative ownership, setting the visual direction for a brand that is scaling quickly and working closely with senior leadership to bring it to life across packaging, retail, digital and social. If you enjoy both the big-idea thinking and getting hands-on with the work, this one is worth a look. What we are looking for: A strong portfolio covering packaging, retail, digital and social design, ideally within consumer goods or retail brands Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and an interest in using AI tools in the creative process Experience directing photo and video shoots and guiding other designers or external partners A proactive, self-starting approach and clear communication with cross-functional teams What’s in it for you: Strong base salary potential Flexible work in a hybrid situation #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
