We're looking for an HR Generalist who is first and foremost a business partner with strong HR expertise—someone who wants to understand the operation, the numbers, our people, and what our leaders are trying to accomplish.

This position will serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource for the SRC Holdings team while also supporting HR senior leaders with programs, systems, and initiatives across the SRC Family of Companies.

Our companies are decentralized and have their own HR teams. The Holdings HR team provides enterprise expertise, tools, systems, and support while keeping accountability close to each business.

HR Generalist - What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted HR partner to SRC Holdings associates and leaders, supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, and engagement.

• Learn about our business, understand our numbers and strategies, and connect people decisions to business results.
• Coach leaders through people opportunities and challenges, bringing practical HR expertise and sound judgment.
• Partner with HR teams across SRC to support enterprise programs, share expertise, and strengthen consistent practices while respecting our decentralized model.
• Support benefits, compensation, HR compliance, policies, and other core HR programs.
• Help administer and continuously improve our HRIS, including workflows, reporting, data integrity, and user support.
• Use people data and business information to identify trends, ask good questions, and help leaders make better decisions.
• Support enterprise succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and other strategic people initiatives.
• Look for ways to simplify processes, use technology effectively, and continuously improve how we serve our associates and businesses.
• Be an active participant in SRC's Great Game and employee-ownership culture—learning the business, sharing ideas, and thinking and acting like an owner.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5+ years of broad HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Experience in core HR areas such as employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
• The ability to connect HR decisions to business needs and results in order to provide HR guidance to leaders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and using data to understand problems and make decisions.
• HRIS system administration experience and aptitude for technology preferred. ADP experience is a plus.
• Business curiosity, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
