Facility: Baylor Scott and White Hospital- College Station, TX Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Shift/Status: Full Time, 36 hrs/wk Schedule: Night Shift (7pm-7am), self-scheduling Unit: Intensive Care Unit Patient Population: Critically ill patients (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and some Trauma) Number of Beds: 16 Patient Ratios: 1:1-3 Benefits Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
