Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Provide care for patients across a range of medical conditions including cardiac, respiratory, neuro, and GI systems
• Manage post-operative patients and those undergoing substance abuse withdrawal
• Perform procedures such as managing A-lines, central lines, intubations, and chest tubes
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Utilize EPIC for all charting and patient record management

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• NY state license (in hand) is required
• Experience in Medical, Neuro, and Surgical Intensive Care Units
