Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- NC Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting
- Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800-1630
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule to be reviewed during interview with rehab manager
- Floating required between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as indicated

Highlands offers mountain living with access to notable outdoor destinations. Dry Falls is about 4 miles from downtown Highlands, and Nantahala National Forest surrounds the area with hiking, fishing, and scenic drives. Whiteside Mountain Trail is about 7 miles away and is known for cliffside views, while downtown Highlands features local shops, galleries, and restaurants in a walkable setting. Cashiers is about 12 miles from Highlands and provides access to Gorges State Park, while the Blue Ridge Parkway can be reached within a regional drive for additional mountain recreation.
