We're a local agency that cares deeply about our clients and their families. Caregiver Role: We're looking for caring individuals to be Caregivers/Personal Assistants. Your role is all about providing vital support to clients at home - assisting with daily tasks, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing) Help with mobility and transfers Meal preparation and assistance with feeding Medication administration and health monitoring Light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes) Providing companionship and engaging in activities Accompanying clients to appointments or outings Maintaining accurate records Effective communication with clients and the team Ongoing training and professional development Other duties as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation: Ability to pass a background check Authorization to work in the country Good communication skills and teamwork Physical ability to assist with tasks Negative TB test or chest X-ray (within the last year) Completion of a caregiver training program or certification Competitive pay and benefits (starting at $14) #J-18808-Ljbffr
