Job Description Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representative. Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift. Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile. Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers. Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines. Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint. Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards. Qualifications Experience leading a team; manage 3 to 15 staff during your shift. Positive attitude and strong motivation to be a great motivator. Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Be a great role model and leader; punctual with a great attitude towards customers and co‑workers. Minimum 18 years old. Job Types Full-time, Part-time Pay Up to $20 per hour.
