Role Overview Seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy staff, ensure compliance, and provide comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities Process prescriptions, administer immunizations, and oversee community outreach programs. Maintain inventory, pricing, and presentation standards. Lead customer service initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Analyze data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Manage staff and operational activities effectively. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or PharmD degree in Pharmacy, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working with patients, healthcare providers, and data analysis. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
