Payroll And Benefits CoordinatorBe a primary point of contact for payroll- and benefits-related questions for employees and managersConduct new-hire orientations covering payroll and benefits enrollmentProcess weekly and monthly payroll, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishmentsMaintain payroll records, reconcile accounts, and support payroll reporting and auditsReview and validate timesheets, PTO, bonuses, adjustments, and wage calculations prior to payroll submissionEnsure correct computation of wages, overtime, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdingsAdminister benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and 401(k) trackingMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on payroll experience processing payroll and administering benefitsPrevious experience with employee benefit enrollment, including new hire, open enrollment, and qualifying eventsPractical knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, FMLA/ADA, and benefits administrationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Previous experience with payroll tax processes and compliance proceduresWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
