LINE COOK, ALTERNATE ENDING BEER CO.Alternate Ending Beer Co is a brewpub that serves sourdough pan pizza and other high quality pub food made with seasonal ingredients. The successful candidate will have a hands-on work ethic, energy, passion, creativity, and the desire to learn, grow and contribute. This position can be both part-time or full-time.This Job Position Offers:Sign on Bonus to paid at 3-months in Competitive hourly payAll levels of experience welcome and neededPart time and full time schedules availableOption to lean more about seasonal scratch cooking, artisan sourdough bread makingGreat opportunity to work with a wonderful, creative, talented teamWork for a small owner-operated business with the best, most supportive teamOpportunity for growth within the company!Partially paid medical for full-time employeesPosition Requirements:Great attitude, team mentalityLove of food and hospitality1+ years in the BOH preferredWeekend and holiday availabilityAbility to read and follow a recipeLifting 50+ lbs, standing, navigating stairs, working in a kitchen with gluten and other allergensReading and adhering to cleaning and safety protocolsBeing a team player, helping other departments with prep work, cleaning, etc...Attending meetings, trainings, and focusing on continuing educationWork with team to create specials and specialty itemsWork holidays, weekends and maintain a flexible scheduleLines of communication:Kyle Head Chef Ryan Sous Chef Interviews to start immediately.
